The dig at Jarrod Messer's Fayetteville - Blanchester Rd. Property in 2004 for Carrie Culberson's remains yielded a t-shirt identified by her mother. This was a tip from an informant whom Jarrod Messer called a "former associate". Neither Vince nor Tracey had any type of association with the Messer's. Accused KILLER Michael Fogt was an associate of the Messer Clan.
